Liverpool Law Firm Hill Dickinson Reveals £64.9m Bonus Pool as Turnover Targets Rise Liverpool-based law firm Hill Dickinson has set its sights on an annual turnover of £200 million, as the latest figures reveal a substantial bonus pot for its partners.

The firm, headquartered at St Paul’s Square, reported an 18% rise in revenues for the 12 months ending 30 April 2025, reaching £172.1 million. Profits before members’ remuneration climbed 15% to £67.4 million, with pre-tax profits now at £68.2 million.

“Our financial position as we look to the future is strong”

The firm’s latest accounts, filed with Companies House, show that 161 partners (now over 175) shared a bonus pool of £64.9 million. The top-earning partner received more than £1.26 million. By comparison, 150 partners shared more than £56 million in the previous year.

Hill Dickinson’s recent announcements have included a rebrand and a refreshed corporate narrative, coinciding with its high-profile stadium naming rights deal with Everton FC. The new 52,769-seat Hill Dickinson Stadium at Liverpool’s Bramley-Moore Dock is expected to bring a multi-year windfall to the Premier League club, though exact figures were not disclosed.

The firm employs over 1,100 people across offices in Birmingham, Hong Kong, Leeds, Limassol, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Monaco, Newcastle, Piraeus, and Singapore. The rebrand was executed by design agency Living Group.

The accounts also highlighted a milestone for Hill Dickinson’s maritime division, which recorded turnover of £51 million, surpassing £50 million in fee income for the first time.

“Our financial position as we look to the future is strong,” the firm said in the filing. “We are debt-free, have significant cash reserves, and have funded all major investments during the period, including new offices and our brand project, entirely from retained profits. We aim to continue UK and international growth towards becoming a £200m-plus firm, targeting expansion across all divisions.”
